Darren_191-160pxDarren Dickman, Paralegal

Darren has worked with Bill Kershaw for 21 years. He has worked almost exclusively on class and other complex ligation, and served as the firm’s lead paralegal on countless class action cases. Darren provides extensive support to the attorneys at every stage of the case from the pre-filing investigation, discovery, class certification and other important briefing, all the way through resolution (settlements and trials) and any subsequent appeals.

Lisa_218_160pxLisa Anderson, Legal Assistant

Lisa has been with our firm for 17 years. She is invaluable as the legal assistant to the partners. Lisa handles word processing, dictation, and typing for drafting correspondence, motions and pleadings, filing with California Courts, MDL Courts, and serving documents. She maintains the client database for mass tort cases, organizes meetings, depositions, and arbitration for cases, and is responsible for calendaring, filing and ordering medical records for products liability cases.

Tiffany Rogers, Graduate Law Clerk

Tiffany has been working at Kershaw, Cook & Talley for the last four years. She helps keep clients educated and informed on the status of their case, analyzes and summarizes medical records, and handles insurance and reimbursement claims. Tiffany graduated from Lincoln Law School in 2017, and is the former President and Founding Officer of the Latina/o Law Student Association.

Natalie-ObeidNatalie Obeid, Business Development Coordinator

Natalie has been with our firm for three years. She supports the attorneys in mass tort client intakes and logistics, providing medical research, reviewing and analyzing medical records, and content creation for websites and social media platforms. Natalie is a Board Member on the Sacramento Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis in 2012.

ali1Alexandria Chacon, Intake Coordinator

Alexandria has been with Kershaw, Cook & Talley for a year. She worked with another law firm for two years prior to joining us. She is a recent graduate of California State University, Sacramento and was the Vice President of Finance for the Women in Business Organization. Alexandria is an aspiring law student.

Lexi Smith, Law Clerk

Lexi is a summer law clerk at our firm. She supports our attorneys in class action cases by preforming research and drafting motions to be filed in state court. Lexi is a rising second-year law student at UC Davis School of Law (King Hall) where she was awarded for her work in Legal Research and Writing. At King Hall, Lexi holds positions as both the Symposium Director for the Business Law Journal and the Outreach Director for the Lambda Law Students Association.

Jessica Tam, Law Clerk

Jessica is a summer law clerk at Kershaw, Cook & Talley. She assists with summarizing medical records and communicates with clients about their injuries. She previously interned at a law firm in San Francisco and at the Stockton District Attorney’s office. Jessica attends UC Davis Law School and will graduate in 2019.

Ismah Ahmad, Law Clerk

Ismah started her law clerk position at the firm in Summer 2017. She assists the firm in its class action cases by providing legal research and writing skills. Ismah is a law student at the University of San Francisco School of Law and expects to graduate in May 2019. She is a technical editor for the USF Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal and is a competitor in the 2017-2018 USF Mock Trial Team.
