Darren Dickman, Paralegal
Darren has worked with Bill Kershaw for 20 years. He has worked almost exclusively on class and other complex ligation, and served as the firm’s lead paralegal on countless class action cases. Darren provides extensive support to the attorneys at every stage of the case from the pre-filing investigation, discovery, class certification and other important briefing, all the way through resolution (settlements and trials) and any subsequent appeals.
Lisa Anderson, Legal Assistant
Lisa has been with our firm for 16 years. She is invaluable as the legal assistant to the partners. Lisa handles word processing, dictation, and typing for drafting correspondence, motions and pleadings, filing with California Courts, MDL Courts, and serving documents. She maintains the client database for mass tort cases, organizes meetings, depositions, and arbitration for cases, and is responsible for calendaring, filing and ordering medical records for products liability cases.
Tiffany Rogers, Law Clerk/Paralegal
Tiffany has been working at Kershaw, Cook & Talley for the last three years. She helps keep clients educated and informed on the status of their case, analyzes and summarizes medical records, and handles insurance and reimbursement claims. Tiffany is currently a third year law student at Lincoln Law School, and President and Founding Officer of the Latina/o Law Student Association.
Natalie Obeid, Business Development Coordinator
Natalie has been with our firm since 2014. She is responsible for firm-wide public relations, branding and marketing including content creation for all websites and social media platforms. She establishes relationships with other business professionals and community members through community outreach, fundraising, and event planning. Natalie is a Board Member of Habitat Young Professionals, a networking group that raises funds, awareness and volunteerism on behalf of Habitat for Humanity. She graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2012.
Alexandria Chacon, Intake Coordinator
Alexandria started with Kershaw, Cook & Talley this year. She worked with another law firm for the past two years prior to joining us. She is a recent graduate of California State University, Sacramento and was the Vice President of Finance for the Women in Business Organization. Alexandria is an aspiring law student.
Olga Bykov, Law Clerk
Olga began working at Kershaw, Cook and Talley earlier this year. She assists with client communication and research and writing pertaining to the firm’s class action and mass tort practices. Prior to KCT, she served as a research fellow for the California Constitution Center at Berkeley Law and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Edward J. Davila in the Northern District of California. She is entering her third year of law school at UC Davis School of Law (King Hall), graduating in May of 2017. She works as a research assistant for Professor Donna Shestowsky and is an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review.
Connor Karen, Law Clerk
Connor began working for KCT in May of 2016. He helps with the firm’s client intake, website content, and legal research and writing. Before starting with KCT, Connor worked as a clerk for the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, a state government agency tasked with bringing suits on behalf of mistreated employees. He participated in UC Davis School of Law’s Moot Court program, and served as a Senior Articles Editor for Vol. 39 of the school’s Environs Law and Policy Journal. Connor will graduate from law school at UC Davis in 2017.
