We are currently investigating a class action against Mercedes regarding numerous vehicles produced from 2003-2009 manufactured with a faulty gasket, fuel pump, and seal ring. These defects pose a very dangerous risk of gas fumes leaking into the vehicle and liquid gas pooling in the back seats.
